"I was a patient of Dr Nell’s for maybe 10 years. I missed one appointment and was dropped from their practice as a patient with depression, substance addiction, anxiety, A.D.D, and insomnia. My kids had the flu and I completely missed my appointment. I have had the most difficult time finding a new provider because of the high charges and fees at the beginning. She is a wonderful psychiatrist but very disappointed with the way I was treated. I am completely out of all my medication and don’t know what to do. So don’t miss any appointments because you will be blocked!!"
