The Bissell Street Water Tower is located in the north of the city with its more well known counterpart, the Grand Avenue Water Tower. That said, the tower is architecturally impressive as it rises above the surrounding street. Definitely an interesting and notable piece of St. Louis history."

"Did not know this was there until I was looking at a special on the internet. The one just a couple of blocks away on Grand gets all the attention. But going to see this one isn't for the faint of heart as the old hospital a block up is abandoned and creepy looking."
