"The nursing care was absolutly great. The buisness offie people are terrible. They made me pay 4,265. and some change. My surgery was not elective and they refused to do the surgery until we payed the money. After my surgery kept getting bills so I called my insurance company to find out why I was getting them I was told my insurance paid the more then what I paid and that I should hae gotten my money back. It took me ging to the manager to get some one to call me back because they would put me on hold or hang up on me. The buisness office people are vary rude and ugly. I am suppose to get my refund check on Monday yeah right can not be that easy I am sure. When you are looking for somewhere to have surgery beware of the the buisness offfice. the lady i delt with was Lisa and she does not return calls or messages."
