"I came in for an injection that I was told would numb my pain in a few minutes. Well, it didn't and by that night I had to call in to on-call physician, which happened to be the PA that did the injection, and I was then told that it could take a couple of days to work. Well, a week later I am still in pain and can't even tell If had an injection. I can't figure out how I'm supposed to have surgery on my other knee again tomorrow when I can't use the uninvolved knee to support myself due to the excruciating pain in it."

"Wait time at the Floyd Curl office is efficient but the system for reaching the doctors or their team is unacceptable. As a patient, I have left messages and have only been contacted once.The system is inefficient and it makes me as a patient, feel insignificant and alone. I'm sure not all doctors and their staffs are the same but my experience with one particular surgeon and his staff has been disappointing."
