"I wish I didn't even have to give a single star... From the second I had my appointment there were issues. First off, they rushed me off the phone after I asked for the location, stating they would give me an address to the center by text. I said that was fine.. I never received a text. I ended up googling the phone number and got an address. I called to verify that it was the address and the receptionist said that it was correct and they were having issues with internet and phone lines??? Ok fine. So my appointment time was 915... I arrived at 9. They didn't talk to me until 10. There were no patients in the lobby and the front desk seemed to talk about everything but work... including stating she needed to go straighten her hair in the back. I finally get called to the window there they wanted to collect payment even though I was told it was ok to have them bill it. (I got paid friday....) so they refused to allow me to post date a payment and turned me away... This place is super unprofessional and unorganized. They receptionist is super rude and unempathic. I needed a super important mri for my brain and I was already upset and stressed and this place made it so much worse. Do not go here..."
