"Called 3 times about my appointment (was running late, then couldn't find where she was located), and No answer!! Finally found her, and she offered NO apology for not answering... she simply said, "I can't do anything now. Do you want to reschedule?" If she can't bother to answer her phone, why would I reschedule?? Unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere, with someone that actually answers the phone during their business hours. Also, my husband called 2 times... for a total of 5 calls that were missed!! (And never returned, btw). We were calling to say I was lost, needed directions and was running late. The one star is only because she did open the door (locked and you have to ring a doorbell)."
