"We started with Kim a few years ago for grief counseling for our granddaughter after her Momma’s passing in 2019. With weekly or every other week sessions our granddaughter has blossomed, trusts Kim, and has opened up verbally expressing her thoughts and feelings. Kim is excellent in her work with children! She cares for many families and has been an advocate for positive interactions and support! She’s a busy person often caring for her own family but worth every minute of counseling when she’s able! She utilizes play therapy to assess her clients emotional and cognitive needs in a calm, relaxed, positive setting."

"Had an initial meeting with Kim. Set up weekly appointments for my kiddo and EVERY SINGLE ONE was canceled. Some canceled early in the day...and the last scheduled one canceled an hour before our 7 pm appointment....AND she still billed my son's insurance AND got paid for an appointment we didn't have! I advised her of her error in billing as well as reached our to insurance for them to get their money back. I would not recommend! I wasted 3 months of time trying to get into this facility when I could have gone other ways to get my kiddo the help he deserves."

"At our first consultation appointment we agreed that we wanted to do consistent weekly appointments. That was over three weeks ago. Every single weekly appointment we have had scheduled after the first initial appointment has been canceled by her. We finally decided to try somewhere else after hearing from others that canceling last minute is a common occurrence. We got a business card at our first initial appointment and were told to text or email at any time if we ever had questions. I texted her once trying to schedule an appointment and never got a response. A therapist should be consistent and reliable. Very disappointed since she was highly recommended by a family friend/therapist. Also, whoever you talk to when you call has a terrible attitude and extremely poor customer service. Not sure if they use an outside service or what. But it was never a pleasant experience talking to her on the phone."

"Thought it was great at first til I found out they weren't really working with my son, just playing the whole time.. then we had called and canceled an appointment and it didn't get to the right person so it's considered no call no show.. $100 and they won't take care of it. Happy I left and will NOT refer anyone here!"
