"They go to lunch at noon recording says but seems like they stop answering phones at 11:30 probably don't want to get stuck with a call at noon, I have tried calling at 11:31 soon as I clock out for my lunch for days and they never answer"

"This place is awful. We waited for 2 HOURS just so that our son could have his blood drawn. If they are understaffed then they need to give people realistic expectations for wait times because 2 hours is just ridiculous. Very poorly run clinic."

"Horrible. Waited over an hour to see Dr. Hinojosa. Some people came in after us and they went in before we did and they waited only about 5-10 min. The front desk is not good, they seem like they could care less about you. This needs to improve. It all took 2 and a half hours. The Dr was great but front desk staff needs to be improved!"

"Had an appointment today at medical plaza 3 ti see dr Anthony Gallegos. Do not waste your time there. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They never answer the phone when you call. And if you are not there early they will cancel your appointment. Also the door to the office doesn’t even have the drs name. So you are pretty much guess what office this dr is located at!"
