"My long time have left. Got a new one. I am deaf and uses sign languages. I requests interpreter for my appointments. When I arrived, no interpreter was there. Staffs and my new doctor just talk to me with masks on. I reads lips, can't read their lips with their masks on. This possibly will be my last appointment tomorrow and will call my insurance company to change doctor. MacGregor Medical is privately owned and don't care about us but their money."

"Dr Manuel Rodriguez is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor who takes the time at my appointments, and explains thoroughly lab results, prescribed medicines and any needed medical procedures. He always makes me feel confident in the care I receive. Many family members see him too and we all put our trust in him."

"Impossible to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone. I've been on hold more than an hour more than once waiting for someone to pick up. Eventually, everyone leaves for the day and you can leave a message with the answering service, but no one calls back. The have a text option, but no one will text you back. If you show up at the office, the refuse to make an appointment. Prescriptions are not called in. Medical negligence. Your office should be shut down."

"I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and usually they’re not like wonderful, just average. Recently though, it’s completely gone down hill. Front desk workers told me just to walk into the back office when she saw us waiting too long. Then told me to write down the medication I need refilled (shouldn’t you have that in the system?) and told me “I can’t schedule an appointment here, you have to call the call center” HUH??? This makes no actual sense. Now I’m getting calls that they need my medical insurance card when I PHYSICALLY WENT TO THE OFFICE AND PROVIDED IT AND WATCHED THEM TYPE IT IN? I have no idea what’s going on there, but it’s going down hill and fast. The doctors here are great, trust me, Sabrina Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Ana Rodriguez etc are absolutely wonderful doctors. The staff is just horrible. Before you get attached to a doctor, find another clinic, this one is too much of a nightmare."

"11-29-23 I would like to give a compliment to Sabrina Sanchez PA-C. My primary doctor is Dr Carlos Roldan whom I have seen for over 20 years and I consider to be one of the finest doctors around but is very busy and not always available on short notice. Sabrina Sanchez has seen both myself and my wife on such occasions and is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes the time to talk to you to make sure she understands your visit and does all that she possibly can to get you taken care of and feeling better. Now some may say “that’s her job” and that’s true it is but she adds her personal style that makes going to the doctor bearable. She ask you several times if you have questions and you walk away with the feeling that she truly cares about you understanding her diagnosis and treatment. I would recommend her to anyone.
