"If you’re looking for healthcare run by bureaucrats, look no further. Good luck trying to call the office because all you get is the call center employee who won’t connect you to your doctor. In fact, the only way to “talk” to the office or your doctor is through their website or app. That leads to a five minute conversation turning into a five DAY conversation. Seriously the most beautiful facility but it’s ruined by their greed and exasperating communication system. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Go anywhere else besides BSW office for your PCP."

"These doctor offices have real issues with picking up the phone when nothing else works. You should be able to talk to a live person. Especially Dr Welsh office. Every phone call is leave a message or have your pharmacy request a refill. How do you expect to change a pharmacy without telling them where to send the prescription to. I thought this place was so great the first time around. No one returns phone calls or voicemails. Messages go un answered. SMH. I thought this place was professional."

"I have had multiple surgeries at this facility and the management, doctors, nurses and front staff have always helped me with arrangements to make sure that I would have the same pre-op nurses, PACU nurses, and same techs in surgery and same nurse, and they would always call the same anesthesiologist that trusted for every surgery! Even though I knew they could promise me I would the same people but the manager and charge nurse would always try to do for me because they knew I had Medical PTSD and knew how much it is struggle for me to come in to surgery not seeing the same person to treat me! They also helped me with payment because I am low income! They never treated me any different regardless of struggles and fears they were patient and kind and true healthcare angels! Too bad they can't teach other facility how to treat patients probably with mental illness who are scared of medical personal due to bad experience in the past! So Thank You To EVERYONE WHO HELPED DURING the four surgeries I have had with you! Your the BEST, Linda"

"Dr Herold is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and looks you in the eyes, not at charts, nodding her head and pretending to listen, she actually gives you her attention and listens. She’s the perfect balance between treating and concern without over prescribing. She’s also the most responsive Dr I have ever had and answers any questions through the Baylor messaging app. Another doc at Baylor I have to send multiple messages and call to get something simple. Oh and if there’s an issue, she does her best to fit me in. And her nurse is great too. I had an Ultrasound at their imaging lab today and the woman, Nancy, also very nice, asked who my doctor was. I told her it was Dr Herold and how much I like her and she agreed and we both discussed all the reasons we like her. :)"
