"Got in fast for flu shot."

"My experience. I put 5 stars because I want to give people that are having to find a new doctor a “heads up”. I am in my 60’s and have been on a thyroid medication for about 30 years. I am in good health and only see a doctor for refills and shots. I called WellMed in Boerne 2 weeks ago and talked with the nicest person ever who sympathized with me needing a refill of Thyroid meds and gave me this appointment on October 4th. I had just enough medicine to last until October 4th. I found out Friday afternoon that my appointment had to be canceled because they aren’t taking new patients until January. THIS DOCTORS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR NEIGHBOR. Obviously, they are not good about keeping their word. I’ll go to an urgent care and probably get a refill. That isn’t the point anymore. This is my experience, I hope, if you choose this doctor, your experience is no where close to mine."
