"Absolutly terrible experience with this office and specifically the staff. I chose this location for convenience however will not go back after 3 times of terrible experience with staff not responding, not picking up the and not returning calls. When I called back and requested a call back from doctor they hung up the phone and never picked up the phone after that. Please save your money and sanity and stay away."

"Transferred to them as my PCP, however to my dismay they quite literally did not pickup the phone a singular time to schedule an initial appointment, i also left a voicemail and my call did not get returned. Their phone prompt system says that they bring southern hospitality into medical care, this is far from it. I have not dealt with the doctor herself to make a judgement however i did not get the chance to make it that far."

"What an awful experience from beginning to end. New patient coming in for a wellness visit, was not greeted upon arriving other than being handed an iPad to check in/fill out paperwork. 20 min later was taken back to get prepared for doctor and waited an additional 50 minutes to which my husband had to ask the front desk for an update and all she said was “oh sorry she’s with other patients”. We eventually just walked out. I understand appointments run late, but you should have kind office staff that relays that info to the patient. Rudest gal ever at front desk, and that’s the first impression? Yikes."

I was told I need a PCP so I called several offices and I was almost immediately turned off by the person taking the call or they were not accepting new patients. I made one more call and I hit the jackpot with this practice. From the first call, to the appointment, I felt at home. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect and kindness. I met with the PA who listened to all of my concerns. The office staff quickly and professionally handled all of my referrals and follow up appointments.
