"The doctor's office seemed like an individual doctor's office, but this ENT is part of a chain, which leads me to believe many of the reviews are fake, but the jury is still out on that. The scheduling department is absolutely awful. The hold to schedule or reschedule something can take an hour sometimes to get a live person. They are extremely rude and seem preoccupied with stuff that makes them not want to help. They failed to follow through on a few things as well. I never got the email confirmation or the appointment reminders, which lead me to believe they never scheduled the appointment, but I am unable to get through to the doctor's office scheduling department to confirm. Additionally, when I discussed appointment times initially, it seems like they use a third party and they handle scheduling for multiple doctor's offices. Lastly, we initially were scheduling an appointment with the NP and Doctor. They failed to schedule the appointments with the doctor, putting us in a position not to be able to get my daughter in prior to her summer trip to Europe putting off her health issue that needed to be addressed prior."

"Dr Ashmead is everything you want in a doctor: smart, down-to-earth, makes sure you understand what is going on. I highly recommend her. Another big plus is the others in the office are an absolute pleasure to deal with."

"Dr Ashmead and Amy McDonald are the greatest medical professionals I've ever met. Dr Ashmead cured long-standing issues that other physicians were unable to resolve. Recently, I had what I thought was a sinus infection. Amy recognized the early signs of shingles in my right eye, and by immediately starting me on antiviral pills, she saved my eye. My eye surgeon confirmed that a delay or mistake would have cost my vision. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. (They're also very mice.)"

Doctor Ashmeed has always take her time to give me all the attention i need. Her professionalism would exceed anybody's expectation. She's not only a doctor she's a healer. As you talk to her you will notice. How much care and attention she pay to your needs and she nevers leaves a stone un turn to figure out what is your best treatment. All i can say is wow ! .
