"Love love love TCB Masonry. We had Otto out a few years ago (2020) to look at our chimney. We weren't able to proceed at the time. We did get 3 quotes and I can tell you that Otto was the most knowledgeable and their quote came in $2,000 less than the other 2 companies. Fast forward 3 years... We called in June 2023 for another quote. My poor chimney was now in desperate need of repairs. He came out the next day to look. I was very impressed with how quick he came out. We planned on August for our fix. Due to some weather delays and Otto having a few health issues, we moved the date back some. They started on 10/3/23 and had the job completed in 3.5 days. I was always in communication with Otto. He called me about every week, for a few weeks, to keep me updated on when our job would start. I was very grateful to be updated on a regular basis. There was also a day during my repairs that Otto wasn't able to be here. He called me to check in and make sure everything went smoothly. Now to talk about their work..... HOLY COW. I'm impressed. I have a fairly large chimney with about 1/2 needing to be rebuilt. They had it dismantled in the first 1/2 day. I have some antique bricks from the 40's that aren't made anymore. Otto called me from the brick yard and invited me out to help select bricks. We found a mixture that we agreed would match best. I'm very happy with the selection. The guys work so efficiently and take such pride in their work. Steve and Victor were amazing. I enjoyed chatting with them while they worked. Steve is an incredible brick layer. Before they left, they did such an great job cleaning up, I couldn't even tell they had been here, except for my beautiful chimney. Even my neighbors noticed how incredible of a job they did, that they were hired for some work with neighbors. I also will be having them return to do some tuck pointing in the Spring. "We just bought our home and after our inspection, we were told that the chimney had an active leak that needed to be fixed as soon as we got into the house. Having just bought our home, we were nervous about the cost as anyone would be never owning a fireplace before. Otto wrote up a very detailed list of what the TCB team would be doing and we felt the estimate was more than fair considering they got us on the books so quickly too! Within days of getting our keys, I contacted TCB/Otto and he could sense the weather made me want this job done ASAP. He did just that for me!
