"Dr. Malick is an excellent physician. She is a great listener who explains medical matters very well and has a warm and caring approach with her patients. Her staff has these same qualities and couldn’t be more responsive. So glad to have her as my doctor. Highly recommend!"
"As a patient I come prepared. I had all the documents and information the doctor would need. I was using this doctor as a second opinion. They also had faster availability/ good reviews. I am not critiquing the receptionist or staff in the front of the office. They were accommodating. I called a day in advance to let them know I was in need of a vacation. They said no problem even though I didn’t let them know in the initial call. I was seen by Dr.Malick. A physicians assistant checked vitals and got basic information first. The doctor told me we can treat it one of two ways. Medication or diet and exercise. She was very demeaning and rude. I expressed my concerns about medication because of family history. She told me to “talk to my parents or someone and that I should reconsider”. I felt that was disrespectful. She was rushed as other reviews mention. I asked her to print a patient plan or list of things she wants me to do before follow up appointment. She refused and said they don’t do that. She told me to write the long list of things to improve my health in my phone. I got to the desk to check out and the sweet receptionist reminded me about the vaccination. She called the back and they responded “we will see if we have any”. The physicians assistant then walked into the front of the office and informed me they don’t preform this vaccination. I don’t understand why you would look for the vaccination and then claim you don’t do those vaccinations. Turns out it had nothing to do with my diet and exercise. Which I found out from a different physician. I honestly don’t understand why someone would treat a patient like that. I felt very uncomfortable. She was happy to write a prescription but not to listen to my concerns. I hope this is something that will not be repeated. I will not be seen by this facility or doctor again. Very concerning that the patient is required to document all advice. I walked out of the office with no record of treatment or improvement plan."
"I was really hoping I would have a better experience at this office. I came in for a yearly physical and bloodwork. I waited almost 45 minutes in a patient room before the doctor even came in, and when she did I felt as if she was rushing through everything. I asked the doctor about a specific medication and wanted to talk with her about it and she quickly cut me off and shut the conversation down. I also asked her to run a specific blood panel and come to find out, it wasn’t done. When the nurse called me with my results, I asked the nurse about it on the phone she stated that she “had no idea what’s I was talking about” when I went to check out, I had to stand at the front desk for a few minutes before they even acknowledged me. I was really hoping I would have a better experience here based on the reviews, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t that great. I will not be returning to this office."
"Dr. Malick is very unprofessional and I won’t be going back. The first time I went, I had to deal with her telling me that my insurance won’t cover a certain medication (without even knowing what my insurance covers), she always tries to rush our appts and does not actually listen to my concerns. She has told me repeatedly I don’t need certain tests even though I’d like these tests to understand my levels as I am a very cautious person and I take care or my body. Then, when asking for a test, she got so upset and threw he hands up and walked out of the room to tell the nurse to give me the test very loudly and was completely unprofessional and completely embarrassed me. Additonally, their system for prescription refills is awful. The nurses are nice except for one of them who has a bad attitude. She speaks to me very condescendingly and I’ve never been treated so awful before by a doctor. I don’t give reviews often but after I kept trying to give her a chance, at this point, others should know what kind of a doctor she is."
"The physician you choose for your overall health is critical. In this age of computers, the doctor/patient relationship can lose its individuality. My first visit with Dr. Malik was professional and she was attentive to all my concerns. Another important element to your choice of physicians offices is the staff. And this staff was welcoming, they patiently led me through the required forms, and it was obvious that they were there because they enjoy their work, their demeanor reflected that! This certainly deserves a 5 ⭐️"
