Rachel and Katie the Nurse Practitioners in the practice have wonderful experience, a great bedside manner, and are timely in their response and care. When I am dealing with an acute illness they always follow-up and check on me. I always feel supported by them. Dr. Carl DuCharme is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, caring, and thorough in all medical care he provides. He takes the time to assure all my questions are answered, my issues are addressed, and I understand the plan of care. He always provides written documentation because he shares so much information. When I have an illness, question, or concern the staff at Destination Health make sure that I receive support immediately. The care that I receive from all members of the Destination Health team is amazing and I am forever grateful."

"I have been a patient of Destination Health since April 2012. Having been a health advocate for most of my adult life, I became frustrated by the traditional doctor that would only address an illness, once you had it. Dr. Ducharme's approach is to advise and treat you to prevent illnesses and will allow you to improve and extend your life. Their process and care are probably something that you never experienced or knew existed. The annual physicals include extensive blood analysis to identify hidden issues that can be corrected before they become a problem. Their specialty is heart health and extending life, but they are well versed, educated and certified in many areas of adult human physiology, and medicine. The staff and office personnel are very pleasant, well trained, and efficiently organized. You will never wait longer than five minutes to see the doctor once you arrive for an appointment. Also, never once was I not able to book a same day appointment. This is one great benefit of having a Concierge Membership. Regarding results, I just completed my eleventh year of care and physicals. Due to their consultations and advice, my recent health report is the best it has ever been. It has been a journey, but well worth it. The tests have allowed me to balance my body's nutrients, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, exercise, etc. to the point that my arterial age indicator is twenty-one years younger than my actual age of seventy-two years old. "Dr. Ducharm is wonderful. I’ve had some minor issues as of late and he has been so very attentive and come up with some great solutions to my problems. He is quick and efficient with his responses to my questions. The staff is wonderful. I do not do shots so a simple blood draw is an issue for me, In the past 7 years I’ve become so comfortable with having blood drawn that I don’t dread it in any way. I would rate them 10+. Leslie at the front desk is awesome, so accommodating to my crazy schedule. I really appreciate all the staff and actually feel “cared” about. Thank you DH!!!!"
