"Billing was not explained well on front end. When calling office did take 2 voicemails and Allison stated “ we always say check with your insurance about billing on the front end” which was never stated. Services were helpful! But when you see a large bill in the end kinda ruins the experience."
"The counselor MaryKate told my kid to draw on her arm with a marker to get rid of her problems.This therapist don't speak to me and give no eye contact when she calls my kid into her office.My child to nice to tell Mary Kate she's allergic to the giant dog that walks around their lobby.Mary Kate lied to my kid saying that she's allergic to a 2 month old kitten that was rap in a blanket.The kitten is to keep my child calm."
