"Terrible experience. I don't recommend this outfit. 1. Doctor Kabir is a man of few words. Keeping it short and sweet is okay, but being blunt/not giving the patient an opportunity to discuss options and not explaining are not okay. On the second appointment, Dr. Kabir did not explain the kidney, bladder scan results done after the first visit. He TOLD me that I WILL take a blood pressure medication. My averages blood pressure is 150/78. And, yes some of my other stats were off, but what about discussing the options with the patient? 2. Yesterday-on the day before my second appointment, I got a call from Dr. Kabir's office asking me if I had given samples for the rest of the lab work he had ordered. This came as news to me. How is the patient supposed to know which lab to go to and when. There was no notification from Tarrant Nephrology Associates - period. Horrible office staff. They are not rude, but ineffective. 3. Today - during the second visit, Dr. Kabir told me - "If you see a Specialist, you must get the labs done before the visit". Hello?? All the Specialists I have seen have informed me, the patient, to follow-up with a lab or have had the labs call me or the doctor's office has called me or emailed me with clear instructions. Are you Dr. Kabir an exception to this common practice in the USA?? 4. Last straw, I was supposed to get a sample collection container today. When I checked out, I wasn't given one. I didn't remember to ask after wasting my time with the doctor. When I returned home and I called the office back, they told me I could collect it from their office tomorrow (because the person who was supposed to give it me was at lunch when I checked out). The doctor's office is a 30 mile drive one way, no thanks. And, upon my refusal to drive to their office again, an option to pick up the container from a nearby Labcorp was offered. I had to prompt them to make it convenient for me. Aren't they in customer care?? Net-net, horrible directions from the office, and Dr. Kabir is a non-communicative "Specialist". I will not be going back here. I recommend that you don't as well."

"I frequent this office once every two weeks and from angie the receptionist. Who welcomes me and treats me amazing. Not to mention Lynn the supervisor and Toni the office manager, Their leadership is probably the reason why this place is so amazing. Just to name a few these ladies who personifies professionalism. Their medical assistants are kind welcoming professionals, Brooklyn Angela Angelina Jenny Mary Pamela janet tammy natalie. And I have to mention Yvette. Each and every one of you ladies are simply amazing amazing!"
