"BEWARE.... get a copy of everything you sign AT EVERY VISIT. They bill for services not rendered, then they try to say you signed that those services were provided. The actual chiropractor in Haltom City was kind and seemed professional. Who knows if everyone is aware that the assistants are putting false information on the chart records. I will gladly pay for services actually provided, but they overcharged by more than a grand over 3 months. When I sent a significant payment, they refused to deposit it so I couldn't reconcile my account. I don't want a check sitting out there indefinitely. Finally, after begging and pleading, they finally deposited the check after a couple of weeks. Update... Well, she has started to seem a little more civil now. For a while, the emails were quite aggressive. It seemed like pulling teeth... difficult and uncomfortable. I felt bullied. We will see if they continue to be more reasonable."
