"I will never go back to this office. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I was stuck in the parking garage with traffic for over 10 minutes, I circled the whole hospital looking for parking and ended up in a far lot across the street. I tried to call the office and let them know I was running behind due to this and there was no answer. It kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I showed up and apologized for being late, after having run to the appointment from the parking lot. They were quick to say ‘Sorry we will have to reschedule’. When I tried to explain the receptionist rudely said ‘Well did you call’ to which I explained I did, and no one answered. I requested to speak to an office manager. At first I was told they weren’t available. I then asked for a phone # to call for customer service. The receptionist said they don’t give out phone #’s and she’d have to go ask the office manager. The office manager comes out to speak to me. I explained the situation and she was gracious in trying her best to resolve it. However, it resulted in me being stuck with a Midwife who lacked the expertise in the area I needed to be seen in. The new patient appointment turned into a less than 5 minute breast exam and I left with more questions than answers. A complete waste of time. The lack of empathy for patients is clear and evident and starts when a new patient walks through the front door. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your OBGYN appointments as it is a clear indication of how they operate."

"STAY FAR AWAY!!! This is the WORST obgyn I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude/unprofessional. I could clearly hear the receptionists gossiping about patients. The nurse practitioner I saw was completely clueless and disregarded everything I said with “that’s impossible”. Unless you like being gaslit and disrespected in all aspects, I’d find another doctor."

"Staff/nurses are very cold to interact. Espacially nurse Michelle always rush through. It always feels like i am unwelcome. Doctors are nice and i am thankful."

"RUDE STAFF. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. DON'T ARRIVE 1 MINUTE LATE, THEY CANCEL APPOINTMENTS. THEY LIE ABOUT TELLING YOU ABOUT THIS POLICY. DR. BRENNAN IS AWESOME, BUT I CAN'T GO HERE AGAIN - THE WAY THE STAFF TREAT PATIENTS. THEY GET SO MANY PATIENTS UPSET SO MUCH THAT THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS NOT TO BE ABUSIVE TO THE STAFF...LOL...SO UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. THEY ALL STARE AT YOU WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU'RE LATE AND START WHISPERING ABOUT YOU. THEY TAKE DELIGHT ON CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT. DR. BRENNAN, YOUR STAFF MISREPRESENTS YOU....
