"Extremely rude, arrogant, not trust worthy. My wife checked with many doctors to choose one as her service provider, Mrs. Anwar will be at the bottom of the list, even few rows after the last name. Being service provider requires an amount of trust and confidence by the patient, this MD does not put any effort to afford it to her patients, even from the first appointment. We can not trust her to care for my lovely wife and bringing our first baby to this world. By the way, her appointments are not even cheap, 350$."

"We’ve been trying to get birth control for my wife for months.. we’ve had to pay every single month despite it being covered by insurance because she won’t call optum or handle the issue. Our insurance and pharmacy has clarified it’s on her end, and we aren’t even able to get in contact with her. Doesn’t seem to care about patients at all, only a business to her. When my wife went to address her in person regarding this (mind u, after months of trying to resolve this), she told her she “doesn’t have the time or resource to deal with this anymore”. What does that even mean? This is her job…. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and simply rude. There’s no reason receiving birth control should be this much of a headache."

"This lady should not be called a doctor she is very unprofessional and all the time in the visits she so weird she does a lot of test and forces you to do something even tho you don’t want to do it , also so disrespectful she curses what kind of docter in the world Espically at work curse out a patient soo unprofessional and says if I wasn’t fasting I would’ve said nasty stuff out of my mouth I don’t know how people are comming to her and handling her Espically I have no idea why here clinic is still open and we left and I’m almost going to be 9months but I thank god that u did not give me the birth"

"I would like to write about my experience with the clinic . When I called the clinic and asked them do you accept my insurance, they said yes, and when I arrived at the clinic they asked me to pay $300 because the clinic’s policy is to take this amount and the insurance pays the rest. This means a very strange policy. Why didn’t you tell me that when I called and in case I canceled the appointment? I have to pay a fine too I canceled my appointment."

"Had an appointment for 9:30am as scheduled on a Saturday by the European receptionist and I never got any confirmation emails… this was my second time going to this office but when I got there, the doors were locked and no one was inside. I called the clinic number and the person on the phone said a replacement doctor would be coming in, so I waited about an hour and still no one came. There were other people also waiting with me, so we all ended up leaving. Please hire better receptionists and let patients know in advance if there will be no doctor coming in."
