"Dr Koziol is great, but staff unfortunately is far from being well-trained. Three different women (one of them was manager) provide contradicting information. Every staff member should be on the same page with information they provide to the patient. To give example: one told me Dr Koziol performs USG by himself, but Dr Kuder does not. Second person told me neither of them performs USG, that they have to have USG technician perform it. And the manager said both doctors perform USG personally. Another issue surfeced from the fact that they serve two locations - you call Elk Grove Village location to make appointment and staff doesn’t make you aware that they just made the appointment at Park Ridge location for you, instead they assume you know what days the doctor works at which location. I hope the manager works on these issues and clears it with the staff, because I know for a fact I am not the only person being misinformed and confused by them."

"Doctor Koziol is well experienced doctor. He performed a C-section for me couple of years ago. I've been attending his office for regular check ups and tests. Place is very clean and stuff well organized. Doctor himself is very attentive, patient and answers all questions without rushing you out. Never had bad experience with Dr Koziol. Highly recommend!"
