"This place has major staffing issues. I think it's probably the reason for most of the issues we had in my Dads care. He went down hill fast in the very short time he was there. He had at least 5 u.t.i.'s found out they weren't giving him enough water. He had demitia and went in because my Step Mom couldn't pick him up when he would fall. He passed in 10 months. The night he died they told her they put him on oxygen apparently he was showing signs that he was actively dying but no one told her when she called the next morning they said "oh he passed" He deserved so much better. His clothes would disappear and my step Mom did his laundry. His TV disappeared which the family had to supply btw."

"Do not trust this facility to do laundry for your family. If they lose your clothes they will not compensate for the loss. You are out of luck getting them replaced or pay you for them."

"Not a good place to work. They hold grudges. Too many patients and I wouldn’t put my loved one here. Lack of supplies and linens. Blankets have feces stains. The facility itself has incompetent management. They blocked from me coming back to their facility after working 6 days straight with them lying saying I didn’t give patients medication. You waited 6 days ? That’s concerning. Patients complaining because they don’t get their needs met and short staffed constantly. Food is usually served cold."

"I tried getting my CNA license and they just let me go one week before I had my testing so I definitely do not recommend coming to them for there classes or to even work there!"

"Terrible. Dr Richardson is incompetent and needs to lose his license. They are so short staffed, your loved one might or might not get the proper care. Make sure you visit them daily if you keep them here. All of the 5 star reviews with no narrative are probably temp workers or staff who are told to leave positive star reviews. Definitely not legit reviews."
