"This accounting company came at the recommendation of the Ramsey Solutions folks. So, I thought this should be a good one to go with as we have one tax break for ministers and so I didn't want to do it on my own. These are my comments. 1. ~$800 for rather uncomplicated personal taxes?!? We had no investments that required action, we don't own multiple properties yet it was almost $800 for this service. Dave Ramsey's company should know better than to suggest this. Especially if folks are trying to get out of debt. The highest I have ever paid is $300 and I didn't go with her because I thought these folks would be faster. Well, that is where #2 comes in. 2. The service was extremely slow and often would only occur after I followed up asking what was the status. One time it took them a week to get it moved to the next step even after I asked about it. 3. The communication was poor for the same reasons mentioned above. They seem nice but given the slow service and extremely high price I would not recommend this for personal taxes and I won't be back."
