"I have no problem with Dr. Meitelski. In fact, I highly recommend her. BUT, I called in today with a concern about my pregnancy and the receptionist did not care the slightest and had a terrible and very unprofessional attitude. As a patient, who is pregnant and scared something is wrong a cold attitude toward that patient is not what we need. I really hope this review is seen and the receptionist maybe takes a second to think about how it felt for me to call in with any concerns and being treated like that. I will be saying something to the dr. Like I said, I love my dr. And her nurses. But the receptionist needs some training on how to talk to patients."
