"This location is very unprofessional and unorganized. From the receptionist, to the supervisor I never felt like anyone at this location was adamantly working towards getting me my best return or making sure that I was paying the right amount if I owed. Elvira Bravo was honest and transparent about her experience and asked me if I’d like to come back a second day to have her “supervisor” make sure she did my tax return correctly. This made me feel like she wanted to ensure I was receiving the best service possible. However, she never followed up and I had to call back to see if she’d had her supervisor look into my return, which she hadn’t. She told she’d make me an appointment at 630 the following day, and when I got there the not so personable receptionist told me there was no appointment for me. I waited for over 30 minutes, while I watched the receptionist allow other walk ins to go ahead of me despite the fact that she asked me TWICE who I was there to see. Finally ms. Bravo came and told me that I owed a certain amount and I could just pay it, but she still hadn’t had her supervisor overlook it. They rescheduled me for the following day to meet with the supervisor, and when I came in, I met with Ms. Bravo, and never met with the supervisor even though she was there. It turned out that after the supervisor finally reviewed it, I ended up owing almost $400 LESS than what was originally configured. Had I paid the second time I would’ve lost out on money. I wasn’t compensated for my time or inconvenience. Although Ms. Bravo tried her best and I appreciated her honesty, the overall experience was awful, prolonged over THREE days, and I won’t be returning nor would I recommend this location to anyone."
