"Docs and NPs are nice. Front desk is always helpful. Appts are on time/quick. If you can avoid ultrasounds with Melissa you’ll probably have a good experience. Melissa just rips the joy out of every ultrasound. I’ve seen her twice now. She’s not nice, she’s rough on the belly and just rude. Told my boyfriend he couldn’t record the ultrasound “unless something cute happens” - cute or not the medical procedure hasn’t changed so that makes absolutely NO sense. You either can or you can’t - and no other tech seems to have an issue with it. We’ve been OFFERED to record by other techs and when my boyfriend told her that it’s never been an issue before she accused him of doing it “when the tech didn’t know” which is untrue. They’ve actually told him where to stand to get better shots. It’s a HER problem. She never gets us a good pic of the baby (always blurry, the other techs do 3D - she doesn’t even attempt). When she’s not in the room making you uncomfortable she’s at the front desk complaining about her schedule. My friends who went here said they all had similar experiences with her. Sadly, seems like the practice is short staffed on techs because sometimes availability is limited so I doubt they’ll do anything about it. Avoid her if you can!"

"In October of 2021 I went to this office, had a PAP, was told it came back pre-cancerous and I needed a LEEP. I tried to schedule the procedure for 2021 as my deductible and out of pocket was already met through my insurance but they couldn’t get me in. So I went to Rush to have the procedure done in the same year and for a 2nd opinion. Fast forward to this week, I find out I’m pregnant, schedule my first 2 appointments with the office and then get a call saying that because I left the practice it’s their policy to not take me back as a patient! I explained why I left and didn’t want to wait months to have pre-cancerous tissue removed from my body and I also wanted a 2nd opinion as a LEEP can affect future pregnancies. Apparently this office doesn’t support advocating for your health."

"Had my first appointment with Rebecca. My experience with the front desk and the nurse were amazing. The nurse I felt was understanding and sympathetic. I had a lot of concerns. I don’t feel everything was addressed with Rebecca. The appt was very rushed. My blood pressure was high. That wasn’t addressed. The medication was not talked about. No blood work given for being a new patient. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the nurse and front desk. I hope there is another doctor I can see."

"Staff is very polite and helpful and Dr. Bieber is amazing! She takes the time to discuss any concerns you have and makes sure you're always comfortable and informed about what's she's doing. Scheduling/ rescheduling appointments is really easy to do over the phone and there are text updates as reminders."

"Never called when they changed the rules about father being at an ultrasound... walked into the appointment after clearing the day, the only day I could make the appointment. I have to sit in my car for the hour appointment... They said they ment to call but they never called! When the appointment was made they specifically said this was an appointment I could attend. Very unprofessional. If you change the rules on Friday when they said they made the called not even getting one over 3 days is ridiculous! This is all about the receptionists failing and not caring, not about the doctors."
