"I was referred by an attorney, to Ultimate Diagnostics in McAllen TXTthis year for an EMG test. I'd never had one before and was apprehensive about what I might be in for. The plaza was easy to find and the owner/operator of the office was more than welcoming on arrival. The technicians performing the nerve test talked me through what to expect. My wait time was short. About 15 or 20 minutes from arriving, filling the preliminary patient paper sheets and being seen. The EMG was relatively painless and only a little uncomfortable. I learned testing like mine was only done there on Wednesdays. My second EMG was done at the same place on a different date. Same welcome. Same technicians, and except for the (now) familiar exam, it was the same overall pleasant experience. I felt satisfied with how I was handled as a patient here."
