"Godawful clinic. I waited 3 long hours to be seen by the provider. Three. Hours. Receptionist looks like she hates her job and possibly her life. At least the intake nurse was nice. Go here if you like staring at walls and wasting your time."

"Not going to lie it has been the worse experience ever. I came in at 10am and waited in the lobby for 2hrs to be seen. On top of that multiple walk in people just like myself were seen before me. The doctor is good but the overall experience is horrible I would die in the lobby before getting seen. Idk what the receptionist are doing but for sure I was skipped and had a horrible experience here. Never come here trust. In conclusion I had to leave after 3hrs and I was still not seen"

"Jennifer the receptionist is extremely rude. I changed providers because I didn’t like driving to Weslaco since I moved to Edinburg. But, I think I’m going back to my old physician. The Dr is good, but his receptionist is awful & for that I am leaving."

The office visit fee was very fair and the wait was not long. Benitez attended me very well and was satisfied with our interactions. I would recommend this place to a friend or relative."
