"Incredibly rude staff. Dr isn't much better. Late getting ahold of me for critical lab values while pregnant. Like a week. I showed up for an appointment that they canceled but forgot to tell me. Just so many things. Go somewhere else."

"I was hesitant to see Dr. Intili after seeing the reviews but at the time I was about 9 weeks along and did not want to wait too long before seeing a doctor. It is true that they will have you email in a copy of your insurance ID to confirm you are in network and will need a full day before calling you back for an appointment. The office hours are limited and make it difficult to schedule appointments or make payments. Additionally, I was informed that they only have an ultrasound tech come in once a month so if that day is booked or doesn’t work for you it seems you will need to schedule an ultrasound outside of their facility. When signing the initial paperwork I notice there are fees for everything (if I remember correctly it was about $50 or $75 to fill out my FMLA paperwork for work. I had my PCP do it for free.) To even make my first appointment I had to get blood work done (outside of their office) and once those results were in you can schedule an ultrasound tech and an appointment with the doctor. Unfortunately, by the time I had my bloodwork done I had a miscarriage the same day as my first appointment. I was encouraged to come in after leaving the hospital anyways. I was exhausted and in pain after the miscarriage and was not happy about waiting over an hour to see the doctor (even though I was 15 minutes early, as asked.) I assumed the doctor was behind because my appointment was late afternoon so when I scheduled for a follow up, I made sure to take the first appointment of the day. Even so, it took nearly an hour for the nurse to even take me into the exam room. A half hour later I’m informed that the doctor is running late (I couldn’t believe I wasn’t informed she was late until an hour and a half after my appointment!) She arrived 2 hours after my appointment and even though I was the first scheduled appointment I was not the first person seen. Finally, I get my prescriptions and additional order for bloodwork. One prescription was forgotten, and I had to remind them to write it. Both bloodwork and prescriptions were sent to the wrong locations. They have a rule posted that they only call you about bad results for bloodwork but my bloodwork was needed to clear me for resuming certain activities, so I was hoping I’d get a call but never did. Additionally, the rooms have very odd décor and the walls are plastered with rules and potential fees you may be charged. It was not very welcoming or comfortable. In short, the office staff are very kind and doing the best with what they got. I feel this office is poorly managed and if logistics were fixed it would be significantly better. The doctor is kind but I don’t appreciate the extreme lateness on both visits. I would not return to this office ever."

"Dr. Intili is the best! She is compassionate and takes her time with you. She never rushes you when you have questions and will make sure you understand everything. She has checked on us after our surgery’s which is so rare. We have never had a Dr. call themselves to see if your okay- just their nurse. She is top notch and we recommend her to everyone we know. We trust her with our lives. She is simply the best. Hands down."
