"Erwin Szela preformed a procedure on me and never informed me he was using the morcellator, which has a huge lawsuit on it for causing cancer/tumors. Now for the rest of my life I will have tumors growing inside me and have to pay tons of medical bills. The worst parts is watching my children cry every time I have to go to the hospital to have surgery. Thanks Dr. Erwin Szela!! I don’t know how you live with yourself knowing you did this to me and probably hundreds of other women!!!"
"I’ve been seeing a lot of negative reviews, but I can say I’ve had a good experience so far. I’m 5 months pregnant at the moment and they’re always very attentive. I never have to wait a long time and receptionist are very nice."
"I've had a horrible experience in this office. Standing and waiting for receptionist while clearly in extreme discomfort 38 weeks pregnant. The supervisor, Lisa has zero compassion and was rude as well when I asked about a solution to a problem I had getting to an appointment without being able to bring my children. Instead of offering a solution was rude and cold hearted. I dreaded going to the doctor every single appointment my entire pregnancy."
"If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The Hoffman estates office ignores the patients when we are standing in front of them. The receptionist don’t know how to make appointments. The wait time to see a doctor is over an hour. Staff is rude. I had to introduce myself and tell them how to do their job because they told me to sit down n wait but never asked my name. Once I am seen over an hr later, they had me down for the wrong visit. This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve been to. They need to start by firing the receptionist."
"I have been coming here since 2017. My experience used to be great but after the pandemic the quality of care changed for some reason. Certain doctors here are good at what they do but the system here has gone downhill. My appointment was at 915am its 10am and still nothing. Also they used to be very attentive at your visits now not so much. Maybe under new management I don't know but I miss how it used to be. Everything feels rushed and impersonal.Also the receptionist s just stand there talking like you aren't waiting to check in."
