"Doctor is great but communication is horrible. I don’t know if it falls on the doctor or the receptionist. Had an appt back in August.. they claim they called me and left voicemails but I didn't have any but had no issues getting calls or voicemails from anyone else. I gave it a couple weeks and called the week of September 9th and didn’t get a call back until Sept 21. We played phone tag 3 times each until her last voicemail said since it was noon and the office was closed she would be in touch on Monday (23rd)... it is the 26th and still no call back. Just left a voicemail with the receptionist so let’s see how long this takes."

"Dr. Novas is not the warm and fuzzy doctor, but she is super knowledgeable and great! I do not need a doctor that is going to hold my hand and cry with me, I need a doctor that is going to be honest and straight-forward, and real. I had to have surgery that was very difficult for me and her strength helped me get through it. Do not get me wrong, she was compassionate and there for me in the times I broke down, but also got me to power through what was a really tough time. Thank you Dr. Novas!"

"I wouldn’t recommend at all. Very rude and short etc..... She didn’t answer any of my questions or make me feel better. By far the worst obgyn I’ve ever came across. If your planning to get pregnant or already are, don’t waste your time! It’s surprising that she still has a job."
