"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I transferred mid pregnancy due to another practice closing and didn’t think it would be a problem. Dr. COLL was the first I saw which was like fine but seemed short and not super informative. One of the comments she made was about freckles on my stomach and if I have ever gotten them checked because I should- which I have yet to have any doc point these out and I l felt weird that this was called out while their other part of the practice is a med spa… random comment- not what I was there for- and did it related to other services offered there, idk. I tried to brush it off. When we went to leave she asked me a question about a test potentially ran at another provider. I had no idea and assumed it would be in my chart (she had access to). She then confirmed it was. Next appointment comes, I wait over 45 minutes to be seen for a cervicle check that took 7 min and I repeated myself twice in that time frame that her recommended next step appointments were already booked. Annoying to say the least. I walk to the parking lot only to be called by her stating she didn’t read the results right and I didn’t get a test I should have between 16-20 week but now that it’s 22 weeks I am too late to get it but also to not worry because I happen to have had a higher level ultrasound which helps provide insight from the test I didn’t get… like okay why did you call and tell me something I can’t fix and how did you not read the chart correctly?! I don’t know how to read lab results or even what I should be looking for that could be missing… fast forward to a 24 week appointment with Gadson and not only did I have a subpar experience with the ultrasound tech - like it was fine but eh. She also took me to my room for the doc and came in 2x, first asking that I had my cervical check recently and then came back to ask when that was… why are you asking me when it’s in my chart because I had that service DONE HERE? additionally, I was NOT confident anyone would time my glucose test correctly. Hopefully the timing was okay. Phlebotomist was kind. Then I’ll got to see the doc… when gadson came into the room I thought it was going to be okay and I was wrong. anytime an question was asked she was very short and condescending with her responses. she kept just saying things like “it’ll get worse (swelling or my appetite) and also made comments about my weight gained during pregnancy to the point of me crying and her asking “why are you crying” my husband staying “because you’re being rude” and her responding “I’m not being rude, *turns to me* am I being rude” and at that point I just wanted to walk out. I was disappointed because over my pregnancy care I have asked about weight and no one said anything before and now it’s a huge problem and I’m being suggested to diet and her another comment was to not “forget that all weight out on during pregnancy is weight to lose when the baby comes”. Like duh, and also thank god I don’t have disordered eating or other body image issues as this rattled me, let alone others who may have conflicts with their body. I couldn’t believe she was suggesting dieting while I am not terribly overweight for this pregnancy and she tried to back pedal stating we’re all on the same team trying to reach the goals… what goals? I didn’t agree to any nor have you asked ME how I feel about the weight gain nor shared valuable reasons why the weight gain is “problematic.” It felt fat phobic and was very off putting. My husband and I left as quick as we could not even wanting to ask a handful of other important questions we had because it was just a terrible experience. Since this appointment/ glucose test (2 weeks ago) no one has called to tell me results. I just had them published in the portal which I don’t think is the way to get results. At least have a nurse call and give you the updates for the doctors. Idk if they are overworked, under staffed, took on too many transfers or what but it’s no excuse for poor bedside manner and I hope they make improvements."

"Wish 0 stars was an option. Their business is fraudulent. As a new patient I was charged high coded visit when I was with the PA less than 7 minutes and total patient care time less than 20 minutes. When disputing this with their Billing advisor she stated “we charge every new patient this, we have no criteria” Follow up, called Ruth (billing) who said if I’m not happy with the way I’m being billed I should go somewhere else prior to getting hung up on, within a minute out of that they deactivated my account. Needless to say I have had a horrible experience with this practice."

"This is a great office with so many amenities and great service! Love the med spa too! Highly recommend Dr. Gadson she is professional, knowledgeable , kind and excellent bedside manner. She truly listens to you and makes you feel cared for. Ultrasound techs and all the nurses are very helpful as well!"
