"I would strongly advise against using Sun Coast. Their customer service is atrocious, their technicians are incompetent, and their prices are outrageous. I regret ever contacting them, and I hope others can learn from my mistake. Look elsewhere for plumbing services; there are plenty of reputable companies out there that won't let you down like this one did. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and it has left a bitter taste in my mouth."

I had used another un-named plumber the week prior for something less involved and simpler, and they charged me a fortune. I reached out to another plumber who said they were booking more than a week out... So I called Sun Coast, and I described the issue over the phone, they gave me a rough estimate over the phone and were out an hour or two later. They ended up resolving all of the issues, and charged me the estimate they gave me. Very pleased with the service quality, price, availability/turn around time, and pricing transparency."
