"Scheduled an appointment and someone named Mindy calls and says the doctor isn’t taking anybody with Medicaid even though I have insurance through my job. Called in to correct them on my insurance info and reschedule my appointment and guess what the time slot was already taken and the next appointment isn’t available until 2 months from now. Very unprofessional and needs to get their info correct before just canceling peoples appointments."

"Doctor Ford is an excellent Obestrician- Gynecologist. We chose her for my wife's recent pregnancy and she didn't disappoint us. My wife had severe preclamicsia history with previous pregnancy and this was a high risk pregnancy. We were quite nervous and concerned. However, doctor Ford guided us through every step. She patiently addressed all our questions which may be very innocuous at times. Her expertises and experience helped us navigate through the process without any hiccups. We greatly appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Ford."

"worst dr I've ever seen in my life. She missed TSH test in my first trimester. I had it on my own as part of my annual physical ordered by my pcp. When I told her the result she did not start any thyroid medication which she should. Now I am 29 weeks pregnant and my new OB told me that she should have kept me on Thyroxine."

"There is a reason that Dr. Ford is sometimes tight on openings- she is amazing! She took care of me all last year throughout my pregnancy and was there to deliver my son in September, which was also a great experience. I switched her to my primary care physician after that and have no issues getting in to see her when needed."

"FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!! I set up an appointment before getting pregnant to make sure i was on a good path. Had a great talk. She told me to come back when I found out I was pregnant. Called her to schedule when I found out i was pregnant and they have no openings for MONTHS!! I'm talking 2 and a half months out! By then, I would be well past my 12 week first appointment. And yes, i told them I was expecting. So I was forced to find someone else. Found an amazing woman to deliver my baby and I needed a referral to get some special ultrasound due to my age. They refused to give any referrals. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!! She will NOT have time for you. Not a good thing if you are expecting!!!!! If you don't mind waiting months and won't need any referrals, go for it!!!"
