"First appointment at this location and I got lost. I arrived at the front desk exactly 9 mins late. I attempted to check in when I was told the doctor already had left, the receptionist was nice enough to immediately jump on the phone to check if the doctor had left already before the lady next to her jumped in to rudely tell me, anyone who is more than 10 mins late will not be seen. I explained to her my appointment was at 12:45 and while showing her my phone said its only 12:55 at this point. I'm not sure if she thought I was stupid or didn't understand English because she continued to repeat 3x "anyone late MORE than 10 mins will not be seen". & of course after turning me away and suggesting i reschedule, they had no openings for 2 weeks. I came here based off two wonderful recommendations. It would have been nice to know that my appointment had been booked for 15 mins before close or that their grace period is only 9 minutes and not 10. As of mom of 3 its hard to find time to take care of myself so frustrated doesn't even begin to describe this entire ordeal."
