"The nurse practitioner that I saw and spoke to was nice enough, but that's on the rare occasion you can actually get through to her directly. The on call nurse (Pam? Tammy? Something along those lines) is actually terrible and shouldn't be in the medical field. Dismissive, interruptive, treats patients like another number or an inconvenience, and unless you are actively dying doesn't seem interested in relaying accurate information to the doctors or documenting anything correctly, and puts blame on anything that is happening to patients on them. I missed an appointment BECAUSE I WAS BLEEDING HEAVILY AND PASSING BLOOD CLOTS THE SIZE OF LEMONS EVERY 15 MINUTES and she said if I'd needed to see the doctor so badly "maybe you should have followed orders and kept the appointment." Yes I'm sure the office would have had a great time watching me sit with a towel around my waist because I couldn't wear pants and cleaning up a trail or puddle of blood everywhere I walked. Zero compassion, zero understanding, and zero communication (again unless you count speaking to patients horribly). This location also will not provide anything other than a physical exam in office. You have to make separate appointments at different locations for lab work, ultrasounds, everything. Don't waste your time here, and find an office that cares or at least has more complete care to offer."
