"Called Ace on a Friday afternoon for our septic system bc our French drain was over flowing into the yard. They came out first thing Saturday morning in the nicest pump truck we had ever seen to pump our tank . They had even offered to come out that night! "Rudest person that I have ever dealt with. Called about getting a grease trap pumped out. Because I did not know the size of the grease trap I was not worthy of doing business with this company. I am pretty sure that's why I called your company. If I knew anything about it I am pretty sure I could try and fix it myself. I would look elsewhere before I called these guys.
