"I did not enjoy my customer service experience with Michele."

"I work and live in a small all resort town, located in Wisconsin. I worked a second job last summer to earn extra money. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Michele Campion at a local resort. I worked the front desk. Michele Campion called and demanded I comp a room for herself and her guests. Being new to my job, I didn't understand how to enter her request into the system. Michele Campion became very angry when informed her that I needed to ask my manager for help with her request. She became quite flustered, used inappropriate language and was very rude, condescending and demeaning. She stated "Dont you know who I am, and what I do?". She insulted my intelligence, made me cry and then stated "Why are you crying, you shouldn't do this job if you aren't capable." "You have to be much faster." (I had been on the job for less than two weeks.) Most all of the tourists from Chicago are kind and respectful. Her behavior is what gives Chigago tourists a bad reputation up here. Her demeaning treatment caused me to cry and feel like less of a human. Fortunately, I have moved on in life. However, my experience with Michele Campion will always stick with me as a reminder to be kind and respectful to service people."
