I cracked a pipe and the meter was gushing water. I called Aaron's plumbing and they came out about an hour or so later (super quick because I'm not close by). "I called Aaron’s Plumbing at 4:45 pm for a water leak on my water heater . Mr.Gilbert said he would dispatch the next available technician. I received a call from the technician ( Joey ) . He said he would bump his next call since I was a higher priority . Joey arrived in 12 minutes , jumped out of his vehicle and shut off the water . He repaired the leak and turned the water back on. The water heater would not come on . Joey pulled the heater apart and dried it out . He put it back together and the heater came on .He did all this in under 20 minutes and only charged me regular rate . I asked for a technician and Mr.Gilbert sent a Super Tech! I tell anyone that calls Aarons Plumbing , ask for Joey ."
