When I received this communication I terminated my service with them. STAY AWAY from this business. Even his response to reviews is 100% reflective of his terrible and pathological attitude. Me not wanting to leave my laptop is a personal and reasonable request. For him to think that this deserved curse language tells you that you’ll be dealing with a pathologic, unprofessional attitude. Stay far away and take your business elsewhere. They refunded my money because they knew they were in the 100% wrong!!!!!"
