"Don't recommend it for anyone: Bad service, highly un-professional, waste of time and money and unnecessary mental stress. Went to her for ITIN documents certification, IRS rejected her certification saying she is not a certified agent. When I called and explained the situation and asked for refund for the fee I paid, she said she will issue the refund, over the 5 months I followed up with her around 10 times for the refund every time she said she will issue refund in few days. After 5 months of dragging it one day she said she wont be returning the fee I paid. So, on top of bad service she lied for 5 months."
