"Very underwhelming. Nothing wasn't provided that I couldn't have done myself online in significantly less time. My point of contact was slow to respond, wasn't a great problem solver, and I ran into a technical issue that turned my drop off from a 48 hour turnaround into a 14 day turnaround. Wasn't the worst thing on earth, but I can't see wasting the time/money doing this again. Back to Turbo Tax - or really anything that isn't paying quadrouple for spotty customer service and needlessly long lead times + unreliable tech."
