"I was not convinced the person, or persons involved were fully competent of how to do their job. Something seemed off about the entire situation. If it wasn't for the fact I simply need the IRS to have my information, so I can move forward with them, I would not have used H&R Blocks service. They charge too much as well."

"This place is a scam. They had the audacity to tell me my wage and income transcripts straight from the IRS's own website wasn't good enough for them to do my taxes. How does that make any sense? What could possibly be more official than papers from the IRS's own website? H&R Block's own automated system even mentions to get these transcripts if you can't get a W-2. Either the employee was uneducated or lying to me. Both of which are completely unacceptable. I'll be filing my own taxes this year and keeping every penny. Jackson and Hewitt was prepared to do my taxes with these documents but they wanted money out of pocket so I had went to H&R Block instead and this is what happened."

"My husband and I had a horrible experience getting our taxes done this year. My husband went to our appointment 2 weeks ago with Roger Davis. The taxes didn’t get completed in that session, because there was a form that we would each have to fill out (to be sent to our HR Block account) after a week, the form never showed up. My husband called and scheduled a phone meeting to finish everything up. No one ever called. This happened 2 more times (so a total of 3 phone meetings scheduled that were not followed through on). Super disappointed with the disorganization. Finally, TODAY, after much back and forth, we were able to get the documents sent to us. Definitely not worth the $321 fee."

"Rodger Davis has to be the most incompetent individual that I’ve ran across in the tax industry. He completely but the wrong account and routing number on my return and had a very nasty attitude about fixing his mistake. If you can request to work with ANYONE ELSE at this location I HIGHLY ADVISE doing so."
