"Brian helped us out... Super professional and knowledgeable.!! We live in Fredericksburg and it's not super easy to get somebody over to look at a geothermal heating and cooling system. They installed a communicating thermostat for my brand new climate Master tranquility 22 that another vendor installed but failed to tell me about any of the features that would be unaccessible without a communicating thermostat. So now we have the communicating thermostat and everything checked out fine and they even looked at the downstairs unit as well checked our Waterloop everything's good to go."

"Unethical Company! They charged me 1896.34 for a replacement part that only cost 165.34. I was told that this part was going out. I got scared and told them to do the job. I later found out that the part was still under factory warranty, and they told me that it wasn't. I would never use this company again. Beware!"
