"Best of the best here in Ellis county!..They know how to get the job done!!"
"Clients paid for their service for YEARS. Good show when you're watching, bad service when you aren't. While actively listed on the market: -Failed to meet their weekly window more than three times in 2 months. But thanks for leaving behind your bright blue report card for buyers to read about your deferred maintenence! -Pool water so low that the general inspector marked up defective equipment due to the pump running dry. The hose is still there and works just fine y'all... Thanks for skipping us that week! -Our team personally scrubbed, skimmed, and shocked this pool through the duration of our showings for a month. Thanks for throwing away the Polaris! -When the tech would actually visit, they would leave dried diatomaceous earth from backwashing the filter all over the freshly power washed driveway and freshly mulched yard area. Thanks for leaving your mess in plain sight for our guests!"
"Deceptive business practices. They misled me on a $1,000 non-refundable deposit."
"Charlie remodeled our pool, and we were very satisfied. He offered great service when no one else would even give a bid."
"I will not use Oasis Pool Service again. They were supposed to clean my filter and reconnect a hose that had become detached from the filter. What started out as a $100 job ended up costing $185. Moreover, later that night I discovered that one of the return jets was emitting bubbles. By morning there were two return jets blowing bubbles. I did some online research, and realized air was getting into the filter. I called Oasis to report the problem, and they sent out a tech who said that he had 20 years experience. The tech insisted that the bubbles were "normal," and that no air was getting into the filter. He even insinuated that my filter was old, and maybe that's why I was getting the bubbles. I told him that the bubbles weren't coming out before the service call, and that air had to be getting into the filter from somewhere; but the tech remained adamant that no air was getting into the filter, and that nothing was wrong with the work they'd done. After he left, I went and inspected the filter again in the hopes of figuring out the problem. What I discovered was that the so-called 20 year veteran was wrong on both fronts. Two caps were loose on the suction motor. When I tightened them the problem was solved. FYI- I didn't loosen the caps.... I specifically asked the tech if he'd inspected all the hoses and valves and he said that he had, and that he'd found nothing wrong. I'm no pool expert, but I found the two lose caps in all of 5 minutes, which thankfully meant avoiding another costly service call. Also, this tech shortened my Polaris line even though I didn't ask him to, and now the line is too short for the Polaris to maneuver around a corner. Now, I'm going to have to figure out how to reattach the line he took off. I'm guessing the filter was properly cleaned, but I will not use Oasis again."
