"One of the worst experiences I've had in years I have a feeling that the guy has lost control of the place got too big too fast used to be the best service the best tax service the best place to do your taxes now sketchy at best"

"This man made a complete mess of my income. When when we got a copy of our taxes back, he claimed we had $21k in medical bills, and $14k in a business loss, which made us eligible for the child credit, but is not true as we didn't have a business. To top it off, he wanted to charge me $600 because he was going to get me an education amendment, and claimed he had to work extra because of a bunch of credits we got (which we didn't qualify for in the first place). He ended up charging me $300, but it wasn't until after we got our copy that we realized he completely messed us over. I now have to spend money elsewhere to make an amendment to our taxes to rectify the situation. He claims he helps get people more money on the income, and he does, but by lying on the income tax, and that can come back to bite YOU, the individual, not HIM. If you do end up going, I recommend you record your conversation with him, so that he cannot come back and say you told him everything he put on the income tax. I recorded my conversation with him the second time I went to dispute the $600 charge, and he mentions being able to "dissapear" money you owe the IRS so you don't have to pay and also where I tell him he initially told me I did not qualify for any credits he stated on the income and he does not try to dispute that with me. That being said, I wish he will comment on this review like he did with another reviewer stating he will sue them for defamation, so I can play that 10 minute recording in a court room. I will also be filing a complaint on him through the IRS."

"Assistant is lazy. When I went to file taxes she would not answer calls at all . I have been calling for days and I can't get any information on my file. She said that she only calls the people that leave a voicemail. I would leave a voicemail if I could but when I call it just rings until it tells me that the voice mail is full of messages. They need to be more organized. I dont think I will be coming back anymore. I don't understand how they can hire an irresponsible assistant that also gets there like an hour late all the time and sometimes takes a child with her. Horrible experience"
