"We made the worst decision to go to this travel agency for tickets to Poland. With everything going on with COVID-19, we were expecting to get our money back for the tickets since all flights were cancelled. We’ve been fighting with Alicia for months now to get our money back. This entire experience has been so frustrating. On top of that, Alicia is unprofessional, rude to customers, constantly lies and doesn’t follow through. You can only pay cash, you can’t pay card at this agency, which is already sketchy right off the bat. When asked to clarify things we didn’t understand, you could tell she didn’t understand them either. Seemed like she faked her way through everything just to get our money. Will not be coming back here.
