"After I went, I was told that I couldn’t claim my girlfriend and step kids that I’ve taken care of since the middle of last year. I’ve talked with my aunt who’s also a tax service personnel and was told that I could. After I talked with them they said they couldn’t pull the the paperwork after I completed it not to long after I filled out the return. I’m told that the manager would be reaching out to me, and I wanna know her name so I can talk with her asap."

"I made an appointment for 10:00am with Julia who is supposed to be a Senior Tax Analyst. When I arrived I was told by Luana Brewer that it would be a 1 hour wait because Julia has another client and was double booked. I let Julia know that I was willing to wait and come back but wanted her to know my filing tax status at which point Luana interrupted with inaccurate information regarding my business entity. This caused Julia to feel uncomfortable with my tax preparation and they instructed me to go to a district office. I went to H & R Block Website and discovered that Luana Brewer was giving inaccurate information. I had to search and call other branches after arranging my entire morning to meet with a 'Presumed' Senior Tax Analyst. I do NOT recommend this location for business taxes. They do NOT have enough professionals here to help ot communicate proper information."

"I'm a tax payer I'm blessed and really don't want to complain but I must after paying out of pocket to get my taxes done 140 dollars later I find out my tax preparer wrote down the wrong address along with my driver's license and 5 copies of my W2 I ask how did you make a very very bad mistake like that they have treated me bad except for 1 lone person Mrs Maria nenos please don't go to HR block bad company Mrs Maria nenos helped me as much as she could but it was too late both checks retured my family needed the money my wife was laid off due to pandemic"

"Gwendolyn is terrible! I normally go with the amazing Susan but I was told she’s gone for the rest of tax season. So I had a 1099 form and Gwendolyn told me I could not ride off stuff that it was new law that passed. That was so stupid for her to say. I took my business to another H&R Block and they did my taxes just right! Gwendolyn should be fired she’s nice and all but she’s obviously doesn’t know how to do her job."

"John L. Brown is my HERO! I'm usually pretty good with my tax returns, but there was an unusual one that I just couldn't figure out. Mr. Brown asked if he could keep my return overnight and research it, and he had the answer next day. Wonderful service and people!"
