"Food and service were both FANTASTIC! My party and I enjoyed the truffle fries, maple pork chop, mushroom ravioli, southwest and buffalo flatbread. Couldn't decide what I liked the best. Everything had great flavor and came out super hot. Don't live in the area but come once a month and plan to make this a definite stop!"
"For being open only one year, they delete sent. Marsha the owner is awesome, creative, burger about her employees. Always try the biter of the week"
"Always a winner. I can't get enough of this place. I just took my family here for Legends and Lanterns weekend and it was perfection, again. We got smash burgers, fried meatballs, wings, and some kids dishes. All were excellent! Not too many places can handle groups very well but this place is incredibly well set up and accommodating for up to 12 people. The patio is the perfect size and currently decorated with fun Halloween props. The kids and adults loved it and it made for some super cute photo ops & memories. We have another reservation coming up & I have no doubt it will be as excellent as the past 4 times we have been. Kudos to the owner for giving such a personal and warm place to our little town! (I don't have photos of our last visit during Legends and Lanterns so I threw some in of the time just before that.:) )"
"Overall, good experience. The menu items and their pricing could use some adjusting… Oaxacarita is $12.00-overpriced! See the pic, it’s a pretty small margarita. Truffle fries-overpriced! While the truffle sauce was quite good, we had sauce left over after eating a somewhat small bowl of fries for $7.00. Wouldn’t reorder either item because the value isn’t there in my opinion. One dinner plate was a special-two shrimp tacos which were seasoned nicely, had a little kick to ‘em. $12.99. I would serve a small side(which kinda felt was missing) and sell for $15-16. The country fried meatballs were interesting..a good portion size. I don’t think the meatballs were homemade but the light batter they added themselves would be my guess. The plating for both entrees could be improved. Juices went everywhere from the tacos on the unrimmed plate, it poured onto the table and the plastic meatball bowl slid around on the table..just a bit difficult to eat it. If small adjustments were made, could def be a 5 star. My bill was edited after I gave my debit card. I was charged 2.xx% to cover their cost of doing business! I didn’t okay that charge(I must’ve missed a big or tiny notice sign by front door. Either way. If the customers are going to pay for your cost of business like running credit cards, then you might as well charge the customer for the cost of cleaning the dishes too and the chemical it takes to do them."
"**UPDATE*** Fourth Time was the charm!!! I get it, they're new. But I can saw NOW, they are on point. The Bruschetta with Shrimp Ceviche was gold! The Maple Bourbon Pork Chop was incredible and perfectly paired with truffle fries. The Crawfish Ravioli were delicious. But we ended with a bang with the Lemoncello Cake, Mud Pie, and a sent from God Apple Dumplin! It took a bit getting here, but this is a definite 4/5 Stars. Check it out, and remember, if it's not perfect, just try again. I had a feeling they Savor had what it takes to survive Main Street in St. Charles, and this time they proved themselves worthy!!! ***PREVIOUS REVIEW FOR THE JOURNEY*** #1 The Truffle Fries are incredible! It's a new place, so I'll give them a third try. The first time, they were out of anything with steak or chicken, then 45 minutes after we put our order in, the server told us they were just starting our order in the kitchen, but they were now out of the crawfish ravioli and asked for a replacement. We were running late for a movie so we had to cancel our food, the drinks were a 5 star, but only because they were heavy on the pour. A week has passed, and we came back. The only thing available were appetizers and flatbreads, I ordered the bruschetta with a $6 upgrade for shrimp ceviche, which was misheard and brought as the $16 shrimp appetizer, mistake, but decent, so I let it go. The bruschetta was plain and very simple, I'll make sure the shrimp ceviche is on it next time. The southwest flatbread was ok. The drinks were good, but not as heavy. All in all, the flavors are there, the atmosphere is on point. I'll give them a third try, because it's a new place, in a busy neighborhood, I'm hoping the steak is in abundance and the brussel sprouts are mouth watering. ***UPDATE*** Third time's a charm...ish, the wings were good, but just normal wings. The bacon cheeseburger and adult grilled cheese were a 4/5, but still being out of pork chops, steak, and crawfish ravioli makes me wonder when I need to be there for it to be available. I almost want to try again. It's a coin toss. I'd recommend trying it out, but have an alternative pick in mind cause they'll probably not have what you're craving."
